Answer: To ensure a clear printing effect, we recommend that the resolution of the image you provide is not less than 500×500 pixel, and the preferred file format is [specific format, e.g., PNG, JPEG].
Can the customized text content be modified?
Answer: Customize your order before you submit it. Once the order has been submitted, there will be a preview and proof of your design. If you want to modify the design, please send us a message within 24 hours before we start the production of the cups.

Can the cup be washed in the dishwasher?
If your design is black and white, and the cups are customized by laster printing, then it is safe to be wahsed in a dishwasher; if your design is colorful printing, using a dishwasher may cause some degree of wear to the pattern on the cup body.
